1) You are allowed to self-pickup your items at our selected self-pickup location - Clawsets HQ Showroom Mcdonalds Prima Saujana.

2) If you use couriers or riders service for the pickup (e.g. Lalamove, J&T Express, personal rider or etc), please make sure you have given your rider screenshoot / Order ID to your riders for our reference during the pickup.

3) Pickup service is only available from Monday to Sunday at these following sessions:

Morning Session: 11.00pm - 1.00pm.
Afternoon Session: 2.00pm - 5.00pm.
Night Session: 8.00pm - 10.00pm

4) Please contact our Customer Care at 017 295 8208 before you come for the pickup.
